    Pros

I have been working at Pinnacle Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Easy-going, relaxed environment. People treat you like family.

    Cons

The work can be kind of unstimulating if you are a go-getter. Also, it's very routine, so it is easy to get disillusioned

    Advice to Management

There isn't much to do, just the nature of the job. Some work isn't as exciting as others.

I have been working at Pinnacle Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

By far the best thing about working for Pinnacle is the people you work with. Like most places, they could pay more

    Cons

For many people raises may not keep up with increase to cost of living. Then again, some places may not give you a raise at all

I worked at Pinnacle Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved working here, not because of the company itself, but the people I worked with were the most amazing people. Very friendly. Easy to talk with. I worked Table Games, and my immediate supervisors, and the people I interacted with were great. I talked to people in every department. My interview was outstanding. The little people that do the work I cannot give enough praise about.

    Cons

Management would come down and blow smoke. Lie to you. They even started making us clock out while at work to do Mandatory Developmental documents on the computer. I was actually fired because I have epilepsy and would sometime pass out. They didn't give me any help. Just wanted me gone. I was a liability.

    Advice to Management

Treat people fairly. Don't lie or exaggerate. It's the people on the floor that make that company what it is. And truly live up to your core values (Integrity and Care) are the main ones.

I have been working at Pinnacle Entertainment full-time

    Pros

The work is plentiful and challenging and for the most part the people working here are great.

    Cons

Pay is definitely on the low end, benefits are also bad, and the vacation is abysmal unless you've been here at least 5 years.

    Advice to Management

You could stop the constant turnover if you paid at least market average.
