I worked at Pinnacle Foods full-time for more than a year
Pros
Numerous opportunities to showcase your skills. Ton of work to be done, so there's always projects being brought online.
Cons
Very clique-related. No chance of getting promoted without being in the "in-crowd", which has caused a number of talented, hard-working employees to leave.

No opinion of CEOI worked at Pinnacle Foods full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Rich experience opportunity across the board since they ran very lean. Access to senior leadership was part of daily life. Good product portfolio and innovation. Small company feel for a large ($3bn) company. Great employee culture and camaraderie. Decent pay.
Cons
Minimal opportunity for advancement in IT. Leadership seemed to understand they would be acquired. Chopped bonus severely in 2018 - didn't seem to make sense since business was admired so much in the industry.
