    I worked at Pinnacle Hotel Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Friends and Family discount. You can add as many family members as you want. Other than that I have no else good to say.

    Cons

    RUN AWAY! Even though it's "Marriott" Pinnacle is really the one in charge of everything. The pay is lower than if you worked at an actual Marriott owned hotel. This is a franchise owned hotel and you will NOT grow and you can not even transfer to work for another Marriott. Long hours, low pay, no breaks!! Not only will you be working front desk but you will also be cleaning rooms, folding laundry, driving shuttles, for the low pay of close to minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees and raise their pay. Show some appreciation for once.

    Nothing is positive with this company

    Cons

    Favoritism all the way, employees' humiliated on a daily basis specially the ones who have college education and are decent, responsible straight human being. This company is a Hell whole on earth.

    Learn how to choose decent management!!!

    not much room for growth seemingly

    raise minimum wage, $8.50 per hour is ridiculous!!

    I have been working at Pinnacle Hotel Management full-time

    Pros

    Mostly manage Marriott Limited Service Hotels so you get all the Marriott employee travel benefits plus ADP TotalSource discounts and benefits.

    Cons

    Pay is below market average, management is disorganized and gossip, training programs are non-existent.

    Advice to Management

    Use your Hotel Brand resources to train your associates properly and pay associates a competitive wage. Also, teach managers to see the value in Associate Appreciation Programs, don't do things just because you have to.

    I worked at Pinnacle Hotel Management full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    They treat their staff like people, not things to be used. They are financially successful but do not worship the almighty dollar - they provide a good hotel at a good price and great service. Good pay - good benefits.

    Cons

    Upward mobility difficult because most people don't leave the company
