    Pros

Great job and coworkers. Caring environment with great coworkers. It is fast-paced environment which I enjoy. This is a great place to work if you want to make a difference in a child's life. I have worked at PPH for 10 years.

    Cons

I do not have any cons at this time.

  2. "One of the worst jobs out there."

    Pros

The pay is decent. The benefits are horrible. Some coworkers are very caring, but they are in the minority.

    Cons

The managers are hostile. Longtime little group is used to doing whatever they want, & they will bully anyone who says anything. You can't take a day off unless YOU find somebody to work for you. Some longtime employees do whatever they want, leaving a heavy workload for other people to finish. Many people have left. Managers don't care, & the staffing & paperwork are unbelievable. Run!

    Advice to Management

Start all over from the top down.

I worked at Pinnacle Pointe Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some of the best co workers. Overall good co workers . Bad pay for techs, good pay for nurses.

    Cons

Horrible upper management. For every great co worker you could equally be teamed with a co worker who does not pull their weight. Horrible benefits!

    Advice to Management

Listen more to your techs and before you make rules, come to the actual floor and determine if that rule or change actually works!

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Pinnacle Pointe Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good rate of pay and great learning opportunity.

    Cons

Poor benefits; greatest emphasis was on achievement of billable hours.

    Advice to Management

More hands-on support for new employees.
