Could have had a better group of supervisors that were in charge. Did not receive the proper support within my immediate supervisors.

Working for Pinnacle was a great experience despite the long hours while being on salary. The daily interaction with the community was very rewarding. Taking part in the restoration of the property after being devastated by a hurricane. Making a true impact.

Large corporate buy out. Every employee is just a number. Upper Management does not hesitate to allow site team to take the responsibility when a investigation occurs. Such a large corporation that incidents are easily blamed on the newest employee. With such a demand it is easy for Regionals to continue to get away with such behavior.

- Decent Pay - Flexibility under the right bosses - Team was strong

- Lack of empathy towards their employees during a pandemic along with no support for hourly employees who have lost a lot financially this year - They say they invest in their employees but I have seen multiple times people be looked over for promotions to just hire someone from the outside - West coast regionals don't help at all just send stuff back down for property to have to figure out - Lots of confusion around corporate merger that was going to happen at the end of year. Didn't want to be apart of that

Pros

Decent hourly wage with commissions on top. You get to interact with different people every day. You're not sitting in an office all day, you get to walk around the property and give tours.

Cons

The biggest con isn't going to be the job it's going to be the management. Some managers don't train you and expect you to be able to know how to do everything, even as an entry level employee. Some managers will also assign you too much work with not enough time to complete. There's nothing wrong with being assigned work, but on top of answering phone calls, giving tours, and doing inspections there's not always enough time to get everything done.

On site staff has no support from upper management. VERY demanding and degrading owner. Never any positive recognition. Not treated as a person. You are only a number and can be replaced at the drop of a dime. No loyalty to long term employees.
