I worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services

    Pros

Some upper management still believes in training and development and doesn’t believe in placing the blame on those on the property level.

    Cons

Leadership changes often and when you are stuck with a leader who lacks ethics and integrity, you are set up for failure. Be prepared to take the blame for their incompetence. Upper leadership lies to cover their own bottoms and will toss you away like you’re less than a piece of trash.

I have been working at Pinnacle Property Management Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great team environment. Ability to focus on your job with little disruptions from supervisors. Expectations are clear, clients are great.

    Cons

Only issue I have is training/roll out of new programs. Should be tested more before sending out to the teams. Oh, Yardi is terrible but that's what we're working with.

I worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Decent benefits. Some RPM's are great. Some, not at all.

    Cons

Used to be a good company until changes were made in our area in Upper Management. No support or positivity from RPM or Corporate. Unachievable budget goals. Pay periods every 5th and 20th. If there is a pay period with over 80 hours and you are salary, you only get paid 80 hours. Pay is not competitive for the market. Demanding and degrading clients. Abuse from residents that is understood that you can't do anything about it.

I worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Autonomy to run your business to the best of your ability with minimal oversight. Senior leadership in Austin, TX was supportive, available when you needed them, and open to feedback.

    Cons

Struggled with display of lack of drive and professional development by peers. Did not have a lot in common, primarily due to majority of previous experience managing higher end assets.
