I worked at Pinnacle Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Here honestly is not any pros for this position or this company in general.

    Cons

Under paid, poor communication, upper management is very unprofessional and backstabbing. No room for growth. No 401-K offered same benefits as temporary associates. No set schedule. Just in general this company is the worse.

    Advice to Management

Be honest to your employees. Improve on your communication skills. You're a team, not an individual. Give coordinators better benefits. Make them feel appreciated. Also, give the proper training

I worked at Pinnacle Staffing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Get to meet a lot of people in all walks of life. You'll learn every road in a 150 mile radius.

    Cons

Will not negotiate raises. no matter how long you've been a contractor. They have benefits, but if your pay is too low you can't afford them anyway. Primary partner for Unisys-Dell warranty service. Once they get you stuck in a contract with Pinnacle, they never want to hire anyone for Unisys. No vacations or paid holidays.

    Advice to Management

    Value your contractors.
