I will be taking over a new team in our call center department at my job this upcoming week. I've been with the company a few years now and something I've noticed is NO ONE uses cameras but I've seen tons of people recommend it for teams. I am thinking of making it a requirement for my new team. I was thinking of starting off with once a week and moving into every other day so that it's not too much change at once. It will only be required for meetings. What does everyone think? Do you do this?

Co-workers are great! Inner city hospital in central PA so you see many different types of medical conditions.

    Cons

Color coordinated scrubs for job. Management is ok.

    Pros

Good coworkers, do not confuse with management. Mostly competent nurses until they started hiring anyone and everyone due to staffing problems, experience and skill or not

    Cons

Everyone in management is young and inexperienced. They have little patience to deal with the “meager” staff problems. Always understaffed in the department, humiliation is used as reprimanding, everything is dirty and forgotten-looking. Staff repeatedly approach management about how to improve things and they always make empty promises to follow through. Double standards are everywhere, and don’t even try to bring that up because they will deny everything, even if you have proof.
