I worked at Pioneer Credit Recovery full-time

    Pros

The only good thing was the Dept. of Education Contract. Poor management and deceptive practices lost that. Now there's nothing. If you're here you've hit bottom. Everything else is will be better

    Cons

Employees have actually pooped on the floor here in protest. More than once. More than one employee. It's a thing. A response to uncaring hateful management from staff who see no end to their hell, with no other local options. It's a disgusting place, propped up by a local boy who is willing to treat his fellow locals like crap for his corporate out of town owners because he couldn't work anywhere else in the industry either.

    Advice to Management

You sold out your neighborhood for your title. May God forgive you. Your neighbors won't. Semper Fi

    Pros

Seemed like a great atmosphere and a great open-door opportunity for a career.

    Cons

After 3 days, the offer was rescinded due to the background check information not coming back because of failed systems and lack of integrity or motivation.
HR Personnel don't return phone calls.
HR Personnel offers a position and then gives up when their hiring systems fail.

    Advice to Management

When you call someone who has applied for the position who's extremely qualified and then your systems for your background checks fail, don't just give up. Do what you have to do to get the person hired.

I worked at Pioneer Credit Recovery full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are essentially the only good thing about the job - that and the bonuses when you are able to qualify for them.

    Cons

The management picks two or three people to favor and ignore everyone else. You promote only based on who you know - not how well you do - and if you have one bad month you are automatically treated like garbage. You can't leave the job at home - it's so stressful. Not to mention the company just did mass layoffs and is over 3million in debt.
