The team in Prague is still small which places us in a unique position. We fully own a separate part of the product and have total control over the roadmap and technology used there. This lets us work in a startup-like manner with quick iterations. We are constantly improving how we work. At the same time we have support from an established and successful company, so we don't need to worry about the future. It's about producing value, not hours spent at work.

Sometimes the technical solutions aren't top notch. Cloud computing is underused. The good thing is that the company is not afraid of changing and the situation is being improved at all times.
