    Pros

Flexible schedule, great team, good food, awesome corporation

    Cons

There’s not room for a lot of growth as it is a casual dining chain

    Pros

Its very flexible in terms of hours.

    Cons

Depending on your location you may work really late. My location is open until 3am on friday and saturday and until 12am every other day. Closing usually takes an hour and fifteen minutes to two hours.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Pita Pit full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun people to work with, work wasn't too hard but was still rewarding.

    Cons

Open late on weekends at my location, so the drunk college crowd made life difficult for an hour or two when the bars closed.

I worked at Pita Pit part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most coworkers were friendly and great to work with. Other coworkers made you wonder how they weren't fired from the start. Easy responsibilities. Nice manager. Really yummy and healthy food.

    Cons

Older coworker bullied and got away with harassment. Management did not properly deal with the issue and let it continue. It scares away the coworkers that actually want to work hard for the company. The girls I knew left, while the guys stayed since the guys were never harassed and never said anything...
Pay is low but the work is really easy.

    Advice to Management

Fire bad workers that bully and scare off good workers, especially when they harass female workers.. superiority doesn't mean anything if they are hurting your service and harassing your other employees...

I have been working at Pita Pit (More than a year)

    Pros

The customers were usually friendly, the hours were okay, there was a little bit of flexibility.

    Cons

No benefits, no understanding of people that have children can't work holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, basically days the daycare is closed. Also was very underpaid for doing delivery they were only paying 1.50 per delivery, you weren't making very good tips because most of the people we delivered to are in college, which says it all because most college kids are struggling themselves.

    Advice to Management

Treat your people better, do better pay, be more flexible with holidays, also offer some kind of benefits like other companies it's not like you don't have the resources.

I have been working at Pita Pit part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working at Pita Pit has been one of the greatest entry level jobs I have ever had. The atmosphere was always fun, the other employees were wonderful, and management ensured to have fresh product for the customers at all times.

    Cons

Depending on the location employee retention can be low at some points making it difficult to having a consistent schedule.

    Advice to Management

When looking for employees make sure to hire the ones who will stay longer than a few months.
