    Pros

Very laid back and not that demanding of a job once you learn where everything is.

    Cons

Sometimes you have a lot of downtime and due to that you end up losing some hours depending if they wanna send you home or not.

    Advice to Management

Keep the employees busy and have everything clean on a regular basis.

I have been working at Pita Pit full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The owners of my location are great, coworkers and customers make for a great work environment. We have the best tasting food and most options to provide customers on the market.

    Cons

Corporate is poorly organized and needs a change in CEO to save the company. Marketing is only a small portion of their budget and it shows in contrast to our direct comp like subway and jimmy johns.

    Advice to Management

    Restructure corporate.

I worked at Pita Pit part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Get to meet some great people and see inside buildings which one would not normally see. Exercise. Get to learn a lot about employment rules. Did you know tipped employees are only insured the federal minimum wage. Despite what you are promised you can still end up making only minimum wage. Learned one must be careful to keep a good daily tip records so one can get the benefits. You learn a lot in this place, just like you learned in high school.

    Cons

get to meet some thieves and nice stiffs. Watch your booty mate. One must carry their own insurance because like all other drivers or cyclists the employer does not insure you when one is out of the store. This is the lowest paid driver position in the area I know.

    Advice to Management

the dishonesty will grow like a cancer. To say you are healthier than fast food, order healthy here, but have another website point out that according to the FDA most of it is not healthy. This info will eventually spread on the internet. It's already on youttube that some owner tried to defraud their driver employee of wages.
