I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pitney has a flexible work culture with lots of folks who work from home. Senior leadership is smart and working hard to transform a 95 year old company. They have a very strong (and healthy) sales culture and very good technology, IP and other assets. They have done a very good job in growing away from the traditional business. Part of the business operate like a start up with adults.

    Cons

They have a legacy business and are in year 4 of a 5 year turn around. The parts of the business that don't operate like start up are struggling a bit.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course and keep investing in innovation and technology.
