    Excellent benefit package, including tuition reimbursement, compensation package needs work especially for seasoned representatives.

    Does not promote from within. Local management practices not monitored.

    Uncover other attributes to enable succession of professional skillsets to growth positions for employees.

    It's steady job. Get to be out and in different areas each day handling many scenarios

    Cons

    Stress. Vehicle reimbursement, to many products to be actually good at any specific unit. Benefits pricey

    Senior management. Reimburse and treat your employees as if it were you on the front lines with the customer.

    Pros

    AMAZING pay! At about three times "competitive" salary for warehouse work it couldn't be beat!

    Cons

    Government contracts require less management but eventually it NEEDS it! didn't happen and now contracts lost!

    futile now, company closed!

    People are awesome! Most everyone is working hard to move the company in a forward direction

    Cons

    Typical 800lb. Gorilla mentality. You can't grow a business by cutting expense. Holding on to outdated solutions that are no longer relevant to the market only inhibits revitalization and growth.

    Advice to Management

    Look and listen to the marketplace. There are several opportunities to move the company forward. Find them and invest in making great solutions that are relevant.
