    Pros

The best thing about working here was that I got a paycheck.
There was one woman who was very helpful and supportive but that was it. HR was helpful too, had to go to them pretty often.

    Cons

So many. Management (not everyone) was hard to deal with. No training or onboarding provided, but you are expected to know how to do everything. Employees don't try to get to know each other or socialize. My manager enjoyed yelling at his employees but wouldn't let them speak back and want things done his way but wouldn't clearly explain what that was.

    Advice to Management

It's 2017! Make some updates. Free wifi is a great start

    Pros

There is not one single positive thing to say about this place. I'm guessing that anybody that gives a positive review on here for PGW was made to do so.

    Cons

Management, if you can even call them that, is laughable. They have absolutely no respect for anybody beneath them and do not care about how they treat them. The turnover rate is ridiculous and that goes for salary and hourly employees. HR is one of the worst- you cannot go to the main lady for anything, can't trust her, and can expect to be talked down to. The whole time I was there, she missed more days than I can count and blamed any issues she caused on everyone else. They lose enough employees as it is and get rid of the good ones for no reason. Temper tantrums are also regularly seen on the floor from management. Kindergarteners could honestly run a plant better than these people. They overwork employees, force overtime and treat them like they are nothing. There's also no such thing as work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of every single senior member of management. The only way for this place to succeed is to rip out all of the scum and start from scratch and that's even a stretch. Again, not a single positive thing to say about this place.

    Pros

Could have water at your station
    Lines went down sometimes
    Alright pay
If you needed overtime it's there
    Break

    Cons

Long Work hours 12 to 14
    Rude people
Very Hot 100 to 115 degrees
    Packing heavy windshields all day

    Advice to Management

They hire just anyone for this job. They can't keep people because it doesn't have good benefits
