    Bad schedules, lacks general housekeeping, Bought out by Mexican firm with plans of closure. Rotating shifts

    Run schedules should be more thought out.

    Decent pay, they are Union, generally plenty of overtime if wanted

    Cons

    12 hour shifts, sometimes forced to work because we are shorthanded

    I have been working at Pittsburgh Glass Works full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are none. Its just a job.

    Cons

    Lying , sexual harassment , employees being kicked at meetings by plant managers , being forced to work every day 12 hour shifts 84 hours a week , no benefits besides horrible health insurance ,point system is ridiculous , union is more of a club , supervisors aren't supervisors but are simply there they serve no purpose at all but to collect a paycheck.

    Hire from within, people who care about the company.

    Pay was decent, pretty good benefits

    It was all about speeds and yields, no concern real quality or process improvements.

    Respect your customers and staff... without them, you don't have a business.
