Pivot Networks is a joke.
Sep 7, 2012 - Anonymous Employee in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nice people, enjoyable clients, lots to learn. Not your average tech job. Something new everyday. Amazing IT directors.
Cons
Incompetent CEO. Multiple bounced paychecks(corrected when brought to their attention). The CEO makes unreasonable promises to our clientele and potential clientele, then relies on the low level Engineers and staff to make things right after the due dates have passed. Financially irresonsible, going on spending sprees with company money, and then not able to cover company bills, like PAYROLL.

Great CEO and people
Feb 6, 2018 - IT Support Technician in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The culture here was exactly what I was looking for in a new company. They have monthly volunteering opportunities to give back to the community. We even went with our boat to help people Hurricane Harvey. Our clients love us and we are really able to change some minds about how IT is viewed
Cons
traveling all over texas to service clients in the middle of nowhere

Pros
I love the people I get to work with. I passed on higher paying job just to be surrounded with real sysadmins
Cons
Off time... I find Oncall is real serious business. Client demand daylight services during off hours. CEO expects it as well
