Pros
Incredibly talented, collaborative and well intentioned worker body - just top notch people. Continues to produce high visibility, quality projects. Beautiful campus and history of achievement. Good emphasis on diversity in process today.
Cons
Still calls itself a “family,” it is now a larger company culture where good people are too often left unsupported, labeled, burned out and replaced by a grinder of office politics. Lost some good will as a “forever” place - turnover is way up. Financial ground of industry shifting has left pay behind in the Bay Area, innovation behind agile completion, and unhealthy work-life balance expectations in production.

Cons
- insultingly low pay for the Bay Area - very flat org structure makes it difficult to advance/be promoted - old timers are reluctant to change
