Cons
Better have thick skin and patience for this company. Management make team feel un appreciated and don't let you make decisions. Can you say micro management. The old boys club is running this company from spectra good luck .

Pros
Corporate in Calgary are bringing infrastructure up to 2015 standards. Corporate had many professional people to assist operations in the field
Cons
Poor leadership at the Schaefferstown, PA District Office. Lazy management that is more interested in hiring friends than hiring qualified people. District Office provided no support to Terminal Operations in the field. More interested in relocating friends from California than hiring, leading, and developing qualified people locally. More important to hire friends with the same religious beliefs.

Benefits, once you prove yourself they keep you around.
Cons
Easy to burn out. Too much pressure on high performers and not enough accountability for low performers. Dark, depressing spaces (the ones that have not been renovated) with poor air quality and uncomfortable temperatures. Soul crushing culture.
