      Pros

Great co workers, free membership, most members are kind and respectful.

      Cons

Cleaning requirements are beyond ridiculous. Work that should be done by maintenance is put on front desk staff. No benefits and only 30 minute times break during 8 hour shift. Low pay brings in lazy people. The hard workers end up picking up the slack for the lazy unmotivated ones and management turns a blind eye.

      Pros

      Good hours, flexibility, good environment

      Cons

Very low pay for a successfully, publicly traded corporation. They could keep good employees by raising the minimum pay. Trainers have no way to progress and must leave if they want to do more.

      Pros

Free membership Positive work environment Music and good lighting Enjoyed helping members and greeting everyone. Very sociable position.

      Cons

Low pay No room for advancement Odd scheduled shifts Poor management High turn over rate Didn’t attract good employees Low required qualifications with a hiring system that seemed random and unthought through. Many broken machines and cuts of hours showed lack of money for the gym location. Training happened once and then training didn’t quarterly occur. Mostly mattered if the manager liked you over if you did your job well.
