I have been working at Planned Parenthood full-time

    Pros

Planned Parenthood has excellent benefits and a motivated, enthusiastic workforce. Great place to work and be supported. Clinic assistants that are expected to work in several different offices (floating assistants) are reimbursed for mileage.

    Cons

There is a disconnect between administrative staff and clinical staff; this often leads to changes being made in clinics by admin services that are not helpful. This is common in any health care setting, unfortunately.
