I worked at Planned Parenthood full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great organization with strong values and I stand for all they do for women, men and families. You also understand their mission and take pride in knowing that you are contributing to that.

    Cons

Worked at the PPLA Call Center
High school type of environment, unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere, little to no training, head boss can make you feel less than human and HR not there to back you up.
No real structure, just a free for all, and major disconnect to the health centers.
No room to move up or around departments unless you have a specific degree or specialize in that field.

    Advice to Management

Identify the problems within and acknowledge your employees' concerns. Work on valuing your employees and maybe that can stop the high turnover hate.
