    experience, some cool people, pays on time, resume building, work is relevant. the pros slowly fade to the background as the cons take over.

    chaos, do your research and find people on the inside to talk to before you take a job. have goals set out and make sure you can achieve them during your interview

    The work that PPFA does is immensely important to millions of patients in the US - from rural counties to urban areas where there are not other facilities like it. 85% who are on Medicaid. Developing innovations, sex ed in schools, global partnerships.Open door to women, men, teens. Trusted brand, dedicated staff.

    Cons

    It's a large organization and complex. As a result, people need to "stay in their lane."

    Cannot advance unless you are good friends with managers or sleeping with managers.

    Advice to Management

    Please stop rotating managers that clearly don't know how to do their job and that everyone hates. How does one person go from being Health center manager to Manager of Clinical systems to HR in a one year span? Obvious nepotism going on here..
