If you are not liked or question the leadership, your opinion and concerns are not addressed or taken into consideration. They do not seek to treat their employees with the same respect of as they do their patients. You are either "in and valued" or disposed of and easily replaced by a new "yes man".

Clinic staff are overworked and under paid. Constant restructuring makes the work environment unstable and leaves you wondering if you will be next. Not much room for internal growth and advancement, maybe one level but no career path. They don't seem to have respect for those that have been with the organization long term.

Supervisor was not in the mood to train me the right way and wasn’t all that I thought she was when she hired me..Demeanor totally changed which resulted in me getting fired.They don’t give you a chance to prove yourself and the employers and I’m sure some employees talk about you behind your back ..I felt betrayed when all I did was do my work and walk around with a smile on my face all day..Be careful who you talk to.

The mission to provide reproductive care to our patients. Hard working and passionate teams on the clinic frontlines that stay and walk the mission for the right reasons.

Patient services leadership uses the mission and the frontline to manage internal & external agendas while frontline clinic teams walk it which has created a toxic culture and disengagement in all clinics. Almost all former leadership in patient services left. Very scary times in the upper leadership right now and many colleagues including myself are damaged and torn to get out too. The toxic has reached the frontlines. Succession and DEIB work fell flat because fill in leaders don’t have the skills to lead, especially thru total fall of patient services and this has rendered words and promises of change resulting in no change action. It’s an unhealthy place in clinic/patient services side of things.

They are constantly using the mission of "providing access" as a reason (guilt trip) for why it's ok to over-work, under-pay, and deny time-off to employees in the health center.

The mission and the work that PPSP does every day is so important and it feels great to contribute. The collaborative environment in the health clinic deepened my understanding of the work and allowed me to provide better patient care.

The training program in the health clinic was underdeveloped. I often felt like I did not have support from my supervisors or fellow staff when I was training.
