    Incredible mission driven organization Salary & benefits for full time staff are pretty good for a non-profit Talented, passionate work force

    Cons

    Constant political attacks create a constant campaign-like feeling to the work Work - life balance very challenging; staff are overworked, are pulled in many directions, and often exhausted. Senior leadership can be out of touch with staff needs
