I feel that clinic staff are underappreciated. The hours are not great, and vacation days are hard to come by. The pay is low, but that's to be expected in a non-profit organization.

Amazing mission and incredibly dedicated/passionate co-workers. Every day felt meaningful and clinic life is always busy. PPMNS is very organized and does a great job at rolling out new information and training guides to employees.

- Pay is very low, everyone I knew (except for Clinicians) were making the minimum for their field. - Almost every person I worked with at all levels of the organization (clinical, HR, billing, call center, training, CEO, E&O, etc.) is absolutely amazing EXCEPT for everyone in Clinical Operations Leadership. They were clique, cruel, went back on a lot of promised improvements, caused extremely low clinic morale with all of their restructurings (they literally did a 360 on clinic staffing structures across the organization 4 separate times in 4 years), were complete failures at communication, and behind closed doors - completely ignorant to so many aspects of the reproductive rights movement. They were all hired because they knew each other from previous jobs that had nothing to do with abortion or family planning, and they were not the skilled, compassionate, pro-choice leaders I would hope to see running this organization. - Leadership also provided very little room for growth in the organization and did not value company loyalty in any way. They trained many incredibly talented young professionals and then gave them nowhere to go.
