    Poor management High turnover - you have seniority after 6 months They discourage salary negotiations and pay staff poorly Long work hours - high burn out Still working on being inclusive for race, gender, and LGBTQ folks Understaffed because of high turnover which means you'll end up doing multiple jobs at once Management is combative towards staff, won't take feedback Toxic work environment, everything is an emergency, expected to overwork for the mission Health insurance premiums are so high that many can't afford it on their salary No room to move up
