    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Plaster Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The Plaster Group has one of the best benefits packages in the industry that I've seen. They are also very accommodating and willing to make changes to stay competitive and they're very open to feedback. The working environment is terrific with a growing base of top notch clients.

    Cons

There is at this time no 401k retirement package (there is an IRA option as a supplement but lacks the flexibility a 401k offers) or built in training options. The client base is fairly small as well (but is growing rapidly).

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Plaster Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Collaborative internal culture, excellent benefits for a company this size, fun opportunities and solid leadership team. No travel required. Plaster Group is about five years old and has grown to 35 employees in that time. Most of us are full-time salaried employees with good benefits and bonuses. PTO is very good and bench time is fully compensated.

    Cons

Would be nice to have more opportunities on the East side. The company has had some growing pains but has worked through them and has been steadily growing and expanding.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

I have been working at Plaster Group

    Pros

Fabulous benefits and outstanding leadership. Not your typical consulting firm. Exceptional employees placed in fantastic work opportunities, liked the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

    Cons

The company has grown tremendously since 2009. The one person HR department needs assistance.
