I worked at Plastic Jungle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working in a start up environment allows for lots of experience in a shorter amount of time then at a traditional company.

    Cons

This company expected you to work over 5 days a week and more the 50 hours. Even with this much time spent at work, it was not enough to complete all the tasks that you were given. Laid off the whole Denver Office without warning.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying undercut someone else and worrying about self-preservation.

  2. "Good concept but the company keeps on hurting itself due to operational issues and senior management mistakes"

Unfortunately the senior management had no financial investment in the company.
