I worked at Plastikon Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Honestly there are no pros.

    Cons

People that work there are not very educated. Extremely rude people. Nasty people. No organization in the whole plant. No one knows what there doing. Company won't last much longer. The pay or benefits not worth the pain and agony of being there. Standing on your feet in the same spot with sweat pouring down your body for 12 plus hours day after day. Getting yelled at for anything and everything. Unless you just want to be known as a number and feel like a slave in a torture chamber. Just don't do it. Trust me.

    Advice to Management

Management means more than shouting into walkie talkies. President and owner your wasting your money having your employees work 12 hours and have them stand around or sweep for 8 of the 12 hours. You'll be bankrupt in 3 years or less. None of your employees know what there doing and are extremely rude people. Try a better city for starters. You really should do drug tests as well. Bringing in the governor doesn't make you look better. You try running the presses for 12 hours without a fan or air conditioning and see if your starched dress clothes hold up. Offer education reimbursement to help the employees. Make them all train in respect, being positive and to be kind to one another.

I worked at Plastikon Industries full-time

    Pros

The people you work with are fun and great. If you need to learn and start off this is the right company. The company is small enough to learn mostly everything.

    Cons

The management thinks working long hours equals hard word. Don't work on efficiency on how to get your job done fast and effectively. They hire a lot of green card engineers to reduce cost which they use and abuse their kindness.

    Pros

Its a stepping stone and you learn alot as a entry level project manager.

    Cons

There is too much hierarchy which prevents the lower rank employees in speaking up. Too many finger pointing between the different departments

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.
