I have been working at Platinum Resource Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Outstanding resources for sourcing candidates and a solid variety of positions and companies to recruit for. My interactions with the team have been very positive.

    Cons

When dealing with new clients, you can feel a lot of pressure internally to find candidates quickly, even if it's a position or location where the company has not sourced before.

    Advice to Management

You have good people working for you. Put your trust in them and they will come through for you like you won't believe.

    Pros

There is no good reason to work through this staffing agency

    Cons

They lie and are very shady about your rates and try to screw you. If you can go through another agency do that, these guys are the worst staffing agency.
