Pros

Kind, caring, creatively-minded, and all around a fun group of people to get to work with every day. People aren't afraid to engage with you and have a fun time, but not at the expense of the work day.

Cons

They grow way too fast and often ask people to do very high-stress, highly involved tasks in very unrealistic timeframes.

Pros

Working for the Camp Half Blood prospect park location, the job itself is wonderful working with kids and telling magical mythical stories with them

Cons

Terrible set up of wage system for employees, company refuses to give quest directors enough money to employ all of their actors even though the company has enough to afford it.

Pros

Annual pay. paid vacation and sick time, able to work remote and flexible schedule

Cons

Your Job description will not match your job title, Roles are never clear, there are lots of long meeting which take up work time. Lots of micromanagement, Workers can feel overwhelm because the task are all high priority. False promise of a collaborative work culture.
