I worked at Playnet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Some of the most passionate game designers you'll ever meet, and a team that works well together

    Cons

Poor decisions from the head of the company led to an uncertain future.

    Pros

The benefits of working at Cornered Rat Software begin with the other employees. They are an amazing group of people to work with, and are very helpful and personable, as much as they are professionals.

    Cons

Cornered Rat Software is not a big company, and is not currently publishing any AAA titles. They have one product that has been evolving since 2000, which means there are little prospects for a change of scenery.

    Advice to Management

I have very little that I can offer as advice to the leadership - I've never worked for a more competent and compassionate bunch. They nurture and they push, but they are never harsh. So, my advice is to keep it up!
