    I worked at Playtika full-time

    Pros

I worked some time in the Montreal's studio and the people are so nice, everyone is open minded and passionnate. They love what they do and the team work is really good. The office is mind blowing. A lot of awesome social events: Drinks after work, Summer Parties, etc.

    Cons

If overtime is required, it's not paid. Even HR said that it's part of the quarterly bonus. But if the game doesn't perform good enough, you don't get any bonus, so you worked overtime for nothing. They pay a lot in social stuff, like a trip in a Mexican resort for everyone when no one got any bonus. But some of the employees would have prefered paid overtime over a trip to Mexico.

    Advice to Management

It's important to track how many hours all of the employees are working. Maybe some are working the minimum while others sleep at work, but it's important to keep track of the overtime instead of just not counting hours and pretend that the workload is fine. You analyze all the data of the players, please try to analyze the hours and happiness of your own employees. It's not nomal to see so many employees leaving... because they are burned out, some of them not even working for months after leaving.

I have been working at Playtika full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The name on your resume

    Cons

Compensation. Everything is all about the bottom line. When they acquire a company the employees can either accept the new offer or leave. Management tells you "just make it happen", "get it done", and you end up working more than 1000 hours of un-paid overtime during a 10 month period. Then they threaten you with termination when you dare to demand compensation. Not a healthy environment.

    Advice to Management

Respect employees who have been with your acquisitions since day one and do not reduce their salaries.
