Pros
A good opportunity for a fresh graduate to learn. Training is provided. Working with people from different background, races and religion.
Cons
Long working hours. Required OT every day. Environment is not clean, especially toilet, very dirty, got cockroaches. Hard to find parking

Pros
Interesting projects, exposure to different technologies and market sectors
Cons
Management don't seem to be interested in the development of the engineering teams. Long working hours with no bonus pay. Engineers treated like a disposable/replaceable resource leading to very high turnover of staff, this seems to be accepted as normal by the leadership. Lots of internal politics.
