I have been working at Pluckers Wing Bar full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of hours, good pay for industry. Free meals every shift.

    Cons

Open late, Don't leave till 5 a.m. in the morning some weekends. schedule isn't always great. Sometimes you work till one a.m. and your scheduled seven hours later at 8 a.m. the following day.

    Advice to Management

Most of my managers were great. There is always exceptions to which I would say don't sit in the office and help pick up the workload.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Pluckers Wing Bar full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Your coworkers are some of the best people you'll ever meet.

    Cons

Every issue is addressed by putting a bandaid on it. There is no planning. No preventive measures. Management has NO thought for their people. There are no breaks during shifts, from 8 hours to 16 hours you will not be given a chance to sit or eat. You are a number to them, nothing more. Schedules are done with little to no care about people's lives. Management routinely takes the busiest days off while the stores... crash and burn due to understaffing and tired employees. Food sits out of coolers. Prep isnt completed. Management needs training.

    Advice to Management

Make sure your management teams know that part of management includes taking care of their people. That company policies arent flexible depending on the person working that day. 4 wall management means everything in the 4 walls of your store. Not just your profits.
