- They don't care about their employees, just making money. I was a part time receptionist for 6 months and in that time 4 people quit, and I heard many times that others wanted to quit. - Almost everyone voiced their unhappiness with upper management to me. The way things were ran seemed very messy. A LOT of internal problems!! - I didn't realize how bad of an atmosphere it was until I got into a great company! -During my time there they had the windows shot out in the front lobby. When they were getting repaired in 40 degree weather, I had to sit at my desk while my fingers went numb. - CEO doesn't get along with you unless you agree with all of his beliefs - They were also clocking in an extra 30 mins of lunch every shift I worked (I didn't take a lunch EVER)... when I got my last check they said it was like a "bonus"?! A bonus with the money that I was supposed to be paid in the first place?? Isn't that illegal?! - Everything is a mess. Being at the front desk I saw that first hand. I wouldn't recommend anyone work here.

Insurance (barely)helped pay for trips to psychologist to help cope with the stress and depression associated with working here.

There is absolutely no opportunity to advance career wise, they’d rather hire people from outside sources, which leads to people getting into positions and not knowing how to do their job.. Bullying, intimidation lies and lack of leadership skills are abundant here. If you’re looking for a dead end emotionally draining unorganized crap show and a joke of a company then come on down. Management is a joke, very very unsupportive and rude, two-faced. They expect you to have no outside life.

Pros

Can't think of many -- employees are usually nice. The company puts out a good product.

If you speak out for improvement, there can be discrete repercussions.
