      -Flexible working hours -Ability to work from anywhere -Great training as a whole -Clear systems

      -Lack of ability for growth, it's very clear that there are favorites within the company, and if you aren't one of them, you won't grow. -Leadership hands conversations around compensation very poorly -High stress over little things, if you aren't posting/liking/sharing on LinkedIn they will mention that in reviews

      - Comes with the territory of working in e-commerce and agency, but certain times of year can be stressful. When these periods do come, it happens in large waves -The company is learning and growing - somewhat of a start up environment with things moving and changing quickly, - There are opportunities to fine-tune processes and create SOPs
