Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Point Park University full-time
Pros
Free schooling for my children, nice coworkers
Cons
"Management"--if that is what you want to call it. I think a lot of people in management have titles because of the "good ole boy" network. Another thing--go and check out the Board of Trustees/Directors and upper management. How diverse is Point Park University outside of the college students? It speaks volumes.

I work myself to death and make the same amount as someone who sits at her computer and watches YouTube videos all day and my boss never holds her accountable and they wonder why the staff here are bitter.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Point Park University full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Pleasant working environment, Good benefits but far below industry standard pay. Also I left in 2015, but the calendar only went back to 2016.
Cons
Very poor management, for one three year period, I actually had a supervisor who was hostile, a chronic liar, and very abusive to nearly all staff until he was "allowed to retire". After being a loyal employee for nearly 15 years, I offered to give a months notice to try to make it easier for them to work in my replacement, My reward? I was kicked out and told to leave the day I gave my notice. HR Department extremely dishonest and biased.
