    Pros

Very organized interview process . HR woman was polite and friendly. And the company was housed in a very nice office building.

    Cons

Was handed a one page bio ( vague) on a fake company and was asked to do a "roll play" on the phone for what I imagined was an exercise to see how my phone presence came across. The woman was snippy and kept cutting me off and was very rude when I didn't respond the way she deemed appropriate. It was as if I was doing my first review of performance all without being told at all what exactly was the goal they were looking for me to achieve on this "roll playing call".

    Advice to Management

To please be more clear in what you are looking for so that one may better showcase their skills before being so rude and disapproving of what someone is saying in an impromptu call with no clear directive of what one is expected to achieve.

    Pros

    Coworkers
    Benefits
    Decent commute
I am trying to fill out a 20 word minimum requirement and having a very difficult time doing so.

    Cons

Training is insufficient , I asked many questions and was demeaned when I tried to clarify certain policies. Management is very rude and snooty. HR is very unprofessional as well, and acts as if they have no class. Low pay for very high stress position.

    Advice to Management

Turn in your resignations and allow competent and worthy people to manage this circus of a business. Learn to stop acting like you are perfect and that yout employees are just a group of minions . Treat your employees with diginity and respect as we are on the frontlines dealing directly with clients.

That is all I can think of

    Cons

    Low pay
    Micromanagement

    Advice to Management

Learn to treat your employees fairly and with respect. Stop setting ridiculous expectations, that you yourself can't even deliver. Stop promoting incompetence.

    Pros

Good work-life balance. Going in, do your job, then you are done.
Learn alot about sales, and how to handle customer objections.

    Cons

It can be very boring, but it depends on the person you are. If you can sit still, do your job, and collect a pay check, this is for you.

    Advice to Management

Please, be more involved. Dont be so cold and just shut your doors. The training director is excellent, great heart.

I worked at PointClear full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free soda and water in the break room.

If you decide to take a 30 minute lunch you can leave 30 minutes early.

    Cons

Cubicle village, very little interaction with peers. Management can be cold and critical if you're not producing/ following the script. However, top sellers are treated very warmly and are not micro managed. Honestly, this place felt like a sweat shop for cold calling.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all employees equally

I worked at PointClear full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You only have to work 40 hours a week, core hours are 8 to 4, as some people will take 30 minute lunches to avoid traffic. This is a perfect job for someone not caring about money or for someone that is semi retired or looking for a career change.

    Cons

Pay in my time are PointClear, they changed from a month to quarter bonus system and will change your program if you are highly successful. They have their favorites and if you start having a slump they micro manage and will tell your to read strictly from the strip. If you are successful they will leave you along, but if you slip they will give you a hard time about different metrics.

    Advice to Management

Have some flexibility. Put people in position to be successful and realize that your script doesn't always work

No stress job that allows one to work and maximize their potential. Valuable skills gained around lead generation and company research

It is a teleprospecting job so one should be prepared to spend a lot of time dialing into conpanies who may not be expecting or interested in your services
