I have been working at Pokka full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Established and reliable beverage brand that is popular domestically.
    Huge assortment of drinks.
Nothing else to brag about this company anymore.

    Cons

    1. Autocratic management style which results in high turn over
    2. Laid back system which involves loads of administrative work for staff
    3. No work-life balance. Very long work hours. Disorganised management with no proper plans in place. Resulted in loads of last minute work, disrupting current work on hand
    4. No proper on the job training for new comers.
    5. Management is quick to judge and poor leadership skills in higher authorities
    6. Micro management style

    Advice to Management

Don't be too judgmental. Management staff should improvise on leadership skills to provide proper guidance to the individuals.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Opportunities for good performers. Well known brand with good quality products.

    Cons

Toxic culture with politics coming from the top. Long work hours, management recognises hard work as those who stay late and doing visible work. Inconvenient location for those without vehicle.

    Advice to Management

Practise what you preach and stop politics. Stop the bias and change of directions at a whim.

I have been working at Pokka full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice working environment. Flexible lunch time. Nice colleagues. Near my place, distance is not too far. Transport can be reimbursed according to public transport rate.

    Cons

Working hours can be shorten instead of 8am - 5.45pm. Can't listen to songs. Travelling still ok, just a bit of hassle having to take a bus in from Boonlay Interchange.

    Advice to Management

Working hours can be shorten. Transport rate can be arranged at a fixed amount instead of distance travelled public rate.
