    Pros

Union shop. Steady work, as many hours as you can handle. 50 cent raise every 60 days. Affordable insurance.

    Cons

Too many hours. Never enough produced.

    Pros

The people there are relatively nice. They can be helpful when you are working on something new. It has a smaller company feel.

    Cons

The location is awful. The company is far behind and they are attempting to play catch up. On that note, a training program does not exist. There is a high turnover rate because of this fact. The IT department is a complete joke. They never complete things on time or when requested. Investment in engineering doesn't make sense to upper management.

    Advice to Management

Get a training program together for new workers.
