    Pros

nice recruiting team to work with.

    Cons

A dying company bought by Virtusa on March 3rd is undergoing rapid changes. No job is safe at this point. If you are concerned about job stability, you should be. I can assure you there are "rationalization" and "optimization" plans. Forced resignations, yes that's happening too at offshore and onsite locations.
Also, no moral or ethical values at this company since acquisition. People will do anything to keep their jobs. It's really quite pathetic and reminds me of high school bullying.

    Advice to Management

Virtusa...you're not handling this well. You're keeping the wrong people at the top at one major account. You need to move them out quickly. Few things you should know:
    Competition is kicking our butts!
Some employees like to "create a lot of smoke" and then "save" the relationship. It's not real. There's no smoke. It's manipulation.
