    Good banking clients, opportunities to get exposure to banking domain.

    Sr Mgmt not very responsive
    Very limited resources for personal learning and development

    Pros

    Excellent work place to work. The team member are really helpful. Always emphasis to working with new technologies.

    Cons

    Sometimes it become a bit hectic but that's our job. So in short no cons from my side

    I have been working at Polaris FT part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good for Freshers to learn other than nothing

    Cons

    Dirty unethical people who don't know how respect other colleagues.
    Less package.
    Cheating employees in hike every year.

    Advice to Management

    Please take action on the higher level worst ego politics. other wise this company wont get any project

    I have been working at Polaris FT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Will get lot to learn and will become AVP soon after Associate consultant

    Cons

    Beware of managers, will overuse and abuse, sarcasm, taunts, bully and macro management.

    Advice to Management

    No use of advice, I know why every month I saw a polaris employee dead announcement in my inbox.. All I can say is Stop harrasing employees

    Now-n-Then opportunity to learn new things.

    Cons

    No benefits package as such including Medical.
    Low Pay scale compared to market rate.

    Advice to Management

    Compensation has been a BIG step back for a long time when compared to other companies in the same financial sector. Money is not everything as long as we don't feel the need for it. Not many people would persist in a low paying environment.
