Mar 13, 2023 - Certified Pharmacy Technician in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Decent pay. Good PTO accrual rate. More than a few genuinely nice, smart and talented people, including some of the most gifted pharmacists that I’ve ever met. Closed door pharmacy, no public interaction.
Cons
Abysmal communication. Total lack of accountability. A small crew of reliable workhorse employees are expected to change their schedules last minute or come in on their days off to cover for others who consistently don’t pull their weight. Working women who also start families are viewed as undesirable and rarely return from maternity leave. Unsafe, hostile work environment. Coworkers will show up drunk and yell or curse at you or arrive more than an hour late or spend the first half hour of their shift on their cell phone with their significant other. If you complain about it, that person will get promoted supposedly so that mgmt can monitor them more closely-but it sends a terrible message that bad behavior gets you ahead. People make openly racist and homophobic jokes at work; nothing is done even though there are cameras and microphones everywhere. HR is openly hostile. Come to them with a small issue and they will scold you for bothering them. Nothing will be addressed until higher ups force their hand. Upper management is AWFUL. Blatant favoritism, terrible communication, lack of forethought before implementing major policy changes. It will fall to the burnt out workhorses to clean up the aftermath. Loyalty and dedication mean little to nothing. Lead and management roles are filled by hiring people in from outside. If you make it known that you’re looking for growth and want to move up, it seems to count against you and you may be deliberately held back. Extremely high deductible health insurance. No 401k match. You have to fight to be able to actually use your PTO. Managers will forget that they approved your request months ago, schedule you, and then have to rewrite the schedule for everyone. This will be used to make you feel like you are being entitled or a burden for taking time off that you EARNED. Little to know acknowledgment of the long hours and extra work put in by employees who worked though COVID.

Horrible Upper Management
Mar 4, 2023 - Data Entry Technician in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Pay, benefits, great regular employees
Cons
Upper Management could care less about the employees. CEO micromanages everything, but is too consumed with greed to actually care about the employees or what is actually going on.

Terrible leadership
Mar 3, 2023 - Pharmacist in Saint Louis Park, MNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You would think with how well they setup their cookie cutter pharmacies that they would be able to handle employees. But this is really the wild west. Just treat their employees like scum and the place is a magnet for drama and turnover.
Cons
The corruption, greed, and toxicity stems from Florida.

Remote job ease of transportation.
Cons
Everything else. Micromanagement who aren't prioritizing the facilities or listening to anything the techs are telling them; or communicating anything to techs outside of belittling them when they attempt to do the right things per laws and patients
