Its the worst work enviornent I've ever worked in. Horrible Culture

    Pros

There is an unlimited overtime if you're into that type of work life.

    Cons

Bad communication. Bad commitment to training the new hires for success. They put people in an area and after two or three days they want to hold people accountable as if they are holding the current employees to the same standard. You can work hard and directly next to you is someone who does absolutely nothing and lets it be known...there is no reward or punishment for any behavior. The body count is so poor. Turnover is high.

    Common Passion

    Pros

Majority of coworkers are enthusiasts for the product we work on day to day so that really binds everyone together and provides common motivation to do our best on the products, for the customer.

    Cons

The company does run at a fast pace and lean so that can be overwhelming at times but does allow for numerous growth/learning opportunities.
