    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Polaris full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pay accelerates quickly. Pay cap is exceptional given the job opportunities for this area. Paid time off. Benefits. A variety of different positions. New management changes/training make employees less likely to be treated with disdain.

    Cons

Performance reviews are directly affected by attendance. If you don’t have perfect attendance then you won’t get the same raise as a coworker. Benefits are a little bit expensive compared to some others providers. Some members of management still treat certain employees better than others. Not much room for ‘promotions’.
