    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Polartec LLC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Flexible hours Mon-Friday I was a non-union employee.

    Cons

This industry dried up in the late 90's and early 2k. Outsourcing and costly overhead here in the US played a huge factor this.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully the new export tax into the US will give you low profit margins across the board.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Polartec LLC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Co-workers were GREAT. Andy V. has left. Due to recent changes in upper management, many have left or were dismissed. Career advancement seems non existent....

    Cons

"My way or the highway" has taken precedent. New CEO has created an atmosphere of fear and stress. Very unreasonable and lack of respect for employees. Creativity and R&D are now the responsibility of the customer, removing the ingenuity and innovation that made the company great.

    Advice to Management

Consider the experience and knowledge of employees. Treat them like an individual, not an expense.....
