    Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Good relationship with management locally.

    Cons

Upper management clueless on how custom sheet buisness (DSS) works. Lost the Weather Tech account because they started running there own sheet. People on the floor saw it coming, but not marketing /sales? It resulted in the closing of the Wichita plant. Corporate management has an aloft perception by those below them.

    Advice to Management

Learn from your marketing / sales blunders in DSS. Maybe at least give the perception that employees below the corporate and middle management are important.
