I worked at Polymer Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Was really sad in being laid off by this great company. My experience with senior management was very friendly and respectful to all staff members and employees. Senior Management for the most part does not specifically create a feeling of superiority.

    Cons

Promotions from within were little slow forthcoming.

I worked at Polymer Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The industry has a future.
    Few good workers.
Very interesting product with a unique supply chain.

    Cons

    Poor management, or none.
    favoritism towards a few workers.
    Poor sales team.
New workers are quickly turned off by the lack of support, new ideas, and culture.

    Advice to Management

Step up and lead. Get rid of the people that do not add value. Stop being afraid of your customers, it should be a win-win agreement. If you do not get your act together you will fail, this industry is very capital intensive, I can't believe the investors in Israel allow this to happen. Unheard of and unacceptable.

    Pros

Fairly new company may allow new employees to make a niche/difference with development of processes. Some great mentors in upper management during my employment with the company.

    Cons

Communication between departments weak. Advancement opportunities are limited.

I worked at Polymer Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can only say that the people in my department were great and welcoming co workers.

At the beginning work was challenging and interesting.

    Cons

Salary and benefits are bad and don't improve every year.

    Disorganized, no direct supervisors.

Supervisor not familiar with the benefits that do exist.

Horrible culture or lack of. My wife had a baby and I got no congratulations or time off.

And last, lack of mentorship and encouragement for growth.

    Advice to Management

Start caring about ALL your employees and perhaps hire a consultancy to re think the structure of your organization.
