Pros
This made me laugh out loud
Cons
I was supposed to be this company's social media manager working out of their new office in Florida. For starters, I was made to wait two months to begin this position. For my first two days all I did was move them into their new office. I unboxed countless huge, filthy, and unorganized boxes, I cleaned and organized random things all the while they mentioned 0 things to me about my position or even where the rest of our so-called team was. Oh yeah, I was the only one who showed up to move them in. After two days of 8 straight hours of intensive physical labor (they had a LOT of heavy crap) they fired me over text stating their needs are "still unclear" and thanked me for understanding. The boss man Kevin wasn't even the one who fired me although it was stated that this was his decision. He never spoke to me again. Simply sent his henchman to do his dirty work. I was never apologized to for the absurd waste of time and how horridly inconsiderate this was. I am still in shock at the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for how this would affect me. DURING A PANDEMIC. I dodged a bullet, honestly. They were supremely unorganized and had a super weird and shady vibe. STAY AWAY.

Pros
I can't possibly think of any
Cons
Where to begin? - Owners of the company operate in an EXTREMELY shady way (damaging vendor goods so they don't have to pay for them, altering hours of hourly employees on paycheck to pay less, creating non-sense drama between employees, extremely delusional, gossip about employees to other employees, the list goes on). - Based on their horrific reputation in the industry, employment afterwards is practically impossible (I had to take them off my resume). - Absolutely no work/life balance. You work from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM on a daily basis and gird your loins if shipment arrives. Usually, the shipment will either arrive mid day, during rush hour, or a couple of minutes before closing when you are ready to leave. The expectations are ridiculous and inhumane. You are expected to process the entire shipment, match the inventory, steam it all, place it (which involves a complete re-merchandise of the store), then you have to inch, edge, and do your regular closing procedures which end you leaving no sooner then midnight. - Horrible and extremely cheap merchandise that you have to sell and convince the customer that it's worth the $180 markup, even after they let you know that the exact same piece is at forever21. - No room for growth. You can work in the company forever and be paid the exact same amount. I worked there for a significant amount of time and did not get a raise...not even a bonus. - Even when you are doing a phenomenal job and you have clearly increased their sales (which you can easily access through their outdated system), you will never be praised or even hear the words, "good job". But try and do the simplest mistake. The list goes on and on, but I'm sure you get the point.
