    The human resources department locks the human side and does not protects the employees

    More leader than BOSS are needed. Communication and strong leadership are key to success, this is needed in some departments.

    Pros

    It's a job and some had some nice people.

    Cons

    Stepford like employees who knew nothing about banking and could care less about errors. Very controlling institution. Pressure to "donate" to the foundation.

    Hours are pretty ok. Got to leave earlier than most banks

    They are system outdated and very behind in modern times

    Listen to employee suggestions and human resources needs to be in the side of employees not managers.

    If you need a second job, apply as a part time teller. The starting salary is $15

    Cons

    The only way to move ahead in this company is if you are friendly with a manger who is hiring. They don't care about intelligence or experience. It's all about who you know and who you are friendly with.

    Leave the "politics" alone & pay attention to the few intelligent employees you have in that company
