    I worked at Porch full-time

    Pros

I liked all the employees who worked at Porch in Bedford

    Cons

They hired me a 37 K then told me it was only 10.58 per hour. Supposedly the first 2 months of 1,200 bonus were guaranteed. Then I waited for 3 weeks for my 1st paycheck. it was not on direct deposit as it was supposed to be and it was only for the $10.58 per hour. I and all the new people were told that we would not receive the 1st bonus check till Sept 2019 - ( We were hired June 2019) Also, it has never... been in writing what you have to sell to get the bonus at all. How many ADT and how many Liberty Mutual that you need to sell daily/weekly or monthly. When I received my first check and it was not what I was told, expected or what was in my contract I immediately emailed, text and called the man who hired me. No one answered my calls or emails. I was totally ignored. When I ask about my paycheck in the office no one seemed to my supervisor that could answer my questions. I quit that following Monday

    Advice to Management

You talk about company values. I suggest you value your employees who have taken these jobs in good faith that they will be paid for doing a job well done.
