company is too set in its ways and does not like change. if you do not follow the porsche way then you are gone. they claim to want new ideas but will not welcome them. company is more focused on its image than its people

Atlanta is not that great, compared to NYC and Chicago. Porsche always cutting back. But hard to move up because no one quits.

Excellent brand awareness and plenty of opportunity to take on new work and challenges. This is a company that looks great on a resume and that many other employers respect immediately.

Pay is sub-par for the industry, and the company pares back fringe benefits every year. The company defends the salaries, but it's nonsense. The pay isn't bad, but it isn't competitive compared to what other automakers pay for similar jobs. Expectations for performance and workload normalization are high and there are relatively few advancement opportunities relative to larger, more volume based competitors around the country.

Employees at Porsche were the best part of the company. Many of the employees settle here for the car perks and simply deal with the issues. There are some great people that work there that deserve so much more.

The organization is very toxic especially the Human Resources department. There is a continuous behavior of microaggressions against African American employees. It's really an embarrassment for the company but people turn their heads and simply ignore it.
